How do I return an order?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an(y) item(s), please return your order within 14 days from receiving your order. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging.


All apparel has to be returned unused, unwashed and with all labels still attached. 


You can return items by scanning the QR code on the packing list or going to dbtlss.shipping-portal.com. You will need your order number and zip code to find the order.


Always keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed. Once we have received your return, we will do our best to process it quickly. As soon as your return is processed, we'll send you a confirmation via email. 


Please be advised that we do not cover return costs.



Do you offer exchanges?

You can easily exchange your items by scanning the QR code on the packing list or going to dbtlss.shipping-portal.com.


After you've filled out your zip code and order number of your order you can select the item(s) you want to exchange. Select as reason why you want to return is to exchange. 


Fill in the packaging slip with the size you would like to receive and include this in your package.


Ship your item(s) back to us according to our return policy and we will ship out your exchange when your desired item(s) are in stock by the time we receive your return. If the desired size is not in stock anymore, we will refund you the purchase amount to the payment method used.


Shipping and/or billing address cannot be changed when an exchange is requested. Return your item(s) and place a new order. 



When do I receive my refind? 

We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used for the order.
